Vision Statement

Breaking down barriers and building up lives.

Mission Statement

We exist to provide support, resources, and a safe space that promotes mental health awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to society.

Goal

To promote social wellness and stability in the lives of men and families within our community.

Who is Walk ‘n’ Talk Collective?

Two born and breed locals, who met working as tilers, soon discovered a common bond and passion for helping others, who like them, have suffered with mental health issues.

Combined with their experience working within the child protection space, both Jordan Meehan and Chris Bennett understand the need for more awareness and positive action to help with the mental and emotional well- being of adults, children and families in the community, especially among men.

Their motivation to start Walk ā€˜nā€™ Talk Collective, as a community based charity, was birthed through their desire to help break down the barriers of stigma and shame, and to build up the lives of those affected by mental and emotional struggles. With their proven ability of establishing rapport and relationships, Jordan and Chris believe there must be a connection before the direction will change.

Through community engagement and education, Walk ā€˜nā€™ Talk Collective will connect with people.
